Specializing in end-to-end deal management, including business development, financial modelling, valuation negotiations, and industry research, he excels in navigating complex transactions. His strategic thinking and passion for finance set him apart, making him a valuable asset.

Associate VP

Jitender is a Chartered Accountant and an integral part of the EIVA team for the past 8+ years. His vast expertise in Financial Modelling, Due-diligence, Transaction Structuring, Debt Syndication and Fund raising along with long lasting relationships with the marquee investors makes him a key member of our M&A and Structured Finance team.

Senior Associate

Vedika is an MBA (Finance) she further did her specialization in Investment Banking and Capital Markets from IIM-Calcutta. Previously, she worked as an Equity Research Analyst, where she gained extensive experience across various industries. She is a key member of the EIVA team bringing deep industry insights to the table.

Ayushi is a Chartered Accountant and graduated from Delhi University. She brings in expertise in early stage Investments across various sectors. Her experience of dealing with startup due diligence and Investments makes her a key member of the startup fundraising team.
